DEVICE DESCRIPTIONThe UFR Series Thermometer is a device powered by alkaline battery (AAA 1.5V, 2 units) designed to measure human body temperature with measuring range of between 32.0°C to 43.0°C. The temperature can be measured in °Celsius or in °Fahrenheit. To measure human body temperature, the thermometer is held at a distance of approximately within 1cm to 3cm from the forehead. The value of the energy radiated there is measured and converted to a temperature value. The reading is displayed in at least 3 seconds.
DEVICE INTENDED PURPOSEThe UFR Series Infrared Forehead Thermometer is intended for the intermittent measurement and monitoring of human body temperature by carrying out measurement on the forehead and to take measurement of object temperature.
